Do shipping charges increase for each item I order, or do the shipping charges decrease when I purchase more items?
When you order multiple items, there is a good likelihood that the shipping charges will actually decrease. This will depend on the weight, size, and insurance required. To determine, the final shipping cost for an order, simply place all your items in the shopping cart. If you are not already there, enter into the shopping cart screen. Scroll to the bottom and enter the zip code. Press the "Check Shipping Rates". This will calculate the shipping charges. For certain items with a special discount on shipping, the shipping charges will add cumulatively (unless multiple items are purchased).

 

 

RETURNS INFORMATION
Please open and inspect your order within 2 days of receipt. If you need to initiate a return please send an e-mail to CustomerSatisfaction@CrunchTime.org or call 877-2-CRUNCH (Local: 508-315-3456) for a return materials authorization (RMA) number prior to returning products. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

General Product Returns

We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us, but are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, unbroken condition, so please pack returns carefully. You may want to insure returns of valuable merchandise. Incorrectly Shipped Orders
- Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date
Depending on the original method of shipment we will either issue a Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise. We will ship a new order for the correct merchandise within two business days.

Damaged Product Returns
- Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date
If an order has arrived damaged you should notify both CrunchTime and the carrier within 2 business days. All packaging should be kept because the carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box at the delivery address. CrunchTime will issue a credit to   the customer pending confirmation from the carrier. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods. If we do request that the goods be returned, CrunchTime will either issue a call tag or provide a prepaid return address label to be used for returning those items damaged in transit.

Defective Product Returns
- Eligible Time Period: 1 year from delivery date (unless otherwise noted)
Depending on the original method of shipment we will either issue a Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label to you for return of the merchandise. A credit will be issued when the defective items are received. You are not responsible for the cost of return of defective merchandise when a Call Tag or prepaid return address label is used. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you do not use one of these methods. If the merchandise fails during the manufacturer's product warranty, but after one year from the purchase date, CrunchTime reserves the right to refer you to the manufacturer for replacement of the failed product.

Holiday Returns

We understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.

Items shipped between November 1, 2005 and December 31, 2005 may be returned until January 31, 2006 for a full refund, subject to our other returns guidelines.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return in our online Returns Center. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, follow our instructions on the Packing & Sending Your Return page (be sure to include the packing slip in the box), and ship the order to:

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online Returns Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.

Items Purchased from Other Sellers

As the Amazon.com Web site offers items for sale both by Amazon.com and by registered third-party sellers, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased.

If the item to be returned was not sold by Amazon.com, you will need to contact the seller directly or follow the specific Amazon Merchant’s return instructions found in the order summary of Your Account.

In-Store Returns

Except for Toys and Baby products, items purchased from Amazon.com cannot be returned to a physical store (such as Borders, Target, or Office Depot stores). Items purchased from Amazon Merchants such as Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer, or Urban Outfitters are subject to the individual merchant's return policy; please click the related link in the order summary in Your Account for more information.

Using our Return Mailing Label

The return mailing labels obtained from our online ReturnsCenter are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.

Payment
CrunchTime accepts payment by MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. We preauthorize orders before shipping, but do not apply charges to customer credit cards until after the order has shipped. For security purposes credit card information is not maintained with customer information on the site.

Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and products ordered. CrunchTime offers shipping via USPS Priority Mail, DHL, and FedEx Ground. Most orders for in-stock products ship within one business day.

Order status information may be monitored through the My Account section of the site.

Packaging
Everything people do has an impact on the environment. At CrunchTime, we are sensitive to that fact and strive to reduce both our customers’ and our own environmental impacts. We primarily use 100% recycled polystyrene peanuts for packaging, and encourage you to recycle these peanuts. For locations of peanut recycling centers see the recycling sections of www.flopak.com, www.epspackaging.org or call the Peanut Hotline at 800-828-2214. Many Mail Boxes Etc® and The UPS Store™ locations also accept clean foam peanuts for recycling.

Backorders
If products are on backorder we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by e-mail. You are also able to check on an order’s status through the My Account section of our site.

Order Modifications/Cancellations
Customers wishing to change or cancel orders should call 1-877 or e-mail customerservice@CrunchTime.org. Please be sure to reference your order number (e.g.xxxxxxxx) in the e-mail.
